A is wrong because something getting heated does not mean a chemical change.

B is wrong because its physical

C is wrong because its physical

D is correct because there is a new product.

btw the chemical formula for vinegar and baking soda is this I think:

CH3COOH + NaHCO3 ⇒ CH3COONa + CO2 + H2O.
