My work: I believe this would be correct because some countries such as Saudi Arabia ban women from driving as in The United States we do allow women to drive and even apply for President. So my answer would be No I believe other countries should not be able to enforce laws on other countries every should be independent and have there own thoughts and laws. Some laws might not be right, but other countries should be able to control that.
