No. An equation may be dimensionally correct and still have some other error in it.

BUT ... If the equation is NOT dimensionally correct ... the dimensions on one side are different from the dimensions on the other side ... then you can be SURE that the equation is FALSE.

Dimensional consistency is just one of the things an equation must have in order to be true.
