Length (L): 4w - 5

width (w): w

Perimeter (P) = 2L + 2w

140 = 2(4w - 5) + 2(w)

140 = 8w - 10 + 2w

140 = 10w - 10

150 = 10w

15 = w

Length (L): 4w - 5 = 4(15) - 5 = 60 - 5 = 55

Answer: width= 15meters, length=55 meters
