The proper term is inclusive education.
Inclusive education fosters a system in which all students are welcomed in the same classes, in opposition to the prior system in which students with special educational needs were separated in "special schools", which seriously prevented their socialization and made their differences with others kids even sharper.
Inclusive education appoints that diversity should be treated as a resource and not as a barrier. It would be the teacher's job to adapt the teaching metodologies and contents to the needs of the students he is working with. Therefore, study programs need to be common for all but also flexible to enable the elaboration of tailored educational responses for each student.
