I would say E is definitely an answer you should select. Women did not have as many rights as men, but they still had certain rights under Jewish law. I would also say that C is correct, but I don't know for sure about that one. I'm sure it says so in the Torah, which by the way is also the first 5 books of the Bible if you want to look up the answer in the text.
