Let x and x+2 be the two consecutive integers.
Then, x + (x+2) = -30
=> x + x +2 = -30
=> 2x = -30-2
=> x = -32/2
=> x = -16
and x + 2 = -16+2 = -14
Henc the two consecutive integers are -16 and -14
