95+95/1.2=>190 just under

Wouldn’t your answer just be 95 m/s? If it’s starting right off the bat at 95 m/s, wouldn’t your answer be 95 m/s since it’s asking what it starts as in 1 second, after it told you that it propels at 95 m/s?
