m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

By the figure we have the next two points (-4,2) and (3,9) then:


m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)=(9-2)/(3-(-4))=(7)/(3+4)=(7)/(7)=1

THen the slope is equal to 1.
