20 bottles filled in 1 minute gives you a unit rate of

(20~bottles)/(minute)

Now let's look at the choices.

Option A.

(1~bottle)/(20~sec)

There are 60 seconds in a minute, so there are 3 20-second periods in a minute.

(1~bottle)/(20~sec) = (3 * 1~bottle)/(3 * 20~sec) = (3~bottles)/(minute)

Option A. is not it.

Option B.

(3000~bottles)/(15~minutes) = (3000/15 bottles)/(15/15 minutes) = (200~bottles)/( minute)

Option B. is not it.

Option C.

(10~bottles)/(50~sec) = (10/50 * 60~bottles)/(50/50 * 60~sec) = (12~bottles)/(1~minute)

Option C is not it.

Option D.

(50~bottles)/(2.5~minutes) = (50 / 2.5 ~bottles)/(2.5 / 2.5~minute) = (20~bottles)/(minute)

Option D. is the correct answer.

D is the answer because in 2 min, 40 bottles are filled. In half a minute, 10 bottles are filled. B is wrong because 3,000/15 is 200, which means in a minute, 200 bottles are filled.
