Alright, lets get started.

Glacier moves through the Gasherbrum Mountains of Pakistan at a rate of 4 inches per day.

Means in 1 day, glacier moves distance = 4 inches

In 1 year or say 365 days, glacier moves distance =
365*4 = 1460 inches

As we know, 39370.1 inches = 1 kilometer

So, 1460 inches =
(1)/(1460)*39370.1 =  0.037 kilometers

It means glacier will move 0.037 kilometers in 1 year. : Answer

As we know, 1 mile = 63360 inches

4 inches movement takes = 1 day

So, 63360 inches movement will take =
(1)/(4) *63360 = 15840 days

Means 43 years 145 days : Answer

Hope it will help :)
