First exercise:

Two points are collinear if they lie on the same line. So, option A is correct, because I, H and G all lie on the same line.

Second exercise:

Opposite rays start from the same point and go in two opposite direction. So, Option B is correct, because the rays defined by the other options always have a point in common, so they actually are opposite rays. Also, YW and YX are the same ray, because they start from the same point and continue in the same direction.
