How can we sleep less than 5 hours (or so) and be energetic and less sleepy

I would say drink some coffee as it has got caffeine in it, or go into the bathroom an put you face in cold water. Best idea I got . Hopefully that helps you ❤

I recommend caffeine preferably coffee from starbucks or maybe even a monster energy.
