I believe the new job titles provided self-verification, psychological safety, and external rapport. In less technical terms, the job titles can help workers express their own identity and personality, and put them at ease when interacting with others.

because if you do a job that you hate then your not really gonna put the work into it, but if you do a job that's based off your interests/abilities then it's not going to feel like a job because your going to be enjoying your time, so you're likely to be more productive and get more work done and be more happier rather than being miserable at a job you don't like or have the skills for.
