-12 ÷ 3 x (-8 +(-4)^2 - 6) + 2

Remember PEMDAS (Parentheses, exponent, multiply, divide, add, subtract)

(-8 + (-4) ^2 - 6)
(-8 + -16 - 6)
(-24 - 6)
(-30)

-12 ÷ 3 x -30 + 2
-4 x -30 + 2

120 + 2 = 122
