2x²+4x² is 6x²

6x+2x is 8x

10+3 is 13

Remove the parentheses and bring like terms together ( as there's a positive outside the parentheses the terms inside keep their signs):-

= 2x^2 + 4x^2 + 6x + 2x + 10 + 3
