- Who will have access to the data.

Determine who had the authorization to access the data in order to prevent the risk of alteration.

- If the study results, if any, will be included in the employee's personnel records

So people who use the records in the future could use it as a basis for consideration

- How the data will be collected and secured

They do this in order to differentiate which data would be valid as consideration for the research and which are not.

- If personal identifiers will be retained and used in the data analysis.
