I tried to draw it as best as I could, but as you can see, there's a straight line that intersects 20 as the x-intercept. Here's why.

When we solve -x+5=-15, we first move five to the other side, giving us -x=-20. However, we don't want a negative variable. So, we multiply by -1, giving us a positive number on both sides, giving us x=20. There isn't any y-intercept or even a defined slope in this equation, so therefore the line must be straight up and down so that it never touches the y axis. Technically, this graph, and equation as a whole, isn't a function.

Hope this helped :)
