we know that

1 day is equal to --------------> 24 hours

1 minute is equal to--------> 1/60 hours

then

convert (58 days, 15 h, and 30 min) to hours

= [58*24+15+30*(1/60)]

=[1,392+15+0.5]

=1,407.5 hours

therefore

the answer is

Jupiter complete a full rotation in 1,407.5 hours
