some day the king got to know about the lying done by the grocer. at once, he ordered his guards to bring lala to him. the guards bought lala to the king. the king told lala "you have been lying to the villagers from so many days. now you will get the punishment.choose your punishment . so you want to get 100 times beaten or you will drink 2 glasses of your own butter mixed with oil?"
"i am sorry O' king. please forgive me i ensure you i won't do it again."
"please move forward and choose your punishment"said the king. the grocer said "i choose to be beaten 100 times."
the guards got a stick and started beating him and counting - 1,2,3,4,5,6.....25.
"i can't bear it anymore"lala said."i choose to drink the butter mixed with oil."
the guards bought him his butter which he mixed with oil. after drinks half-a glass of water lala told the king "i am really sorry for my greediness.please forgive me. i promise to you i won't lie to anyone now. the king set free grocer free. from that day onward, lala never lied to anyone and lived a life of truthfulness
