Answer;

-Colony-stimulating factor

Step-by-step explanation;

-Colony-stimulating factors are cytokines that control the production, differentiation, and function of blood cells. They do not directly affect tumors, but through their role in stimulating blood cells, they can be helpful as support of a person's immune system during cancer treatment.

-Granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor can be used as a medication to stimulate the production of white blood cells following chemotherapy.

The answer is colony-stimulating factor(CSF)

Erythropoietin (EPO) is a hormone made by kidney that will induce the growth of red blood cells. Testosterone and estrogen is sexual hormone that has wide effect, but shouldn't affect the white blood cells. Colony-stimulating factor will stimulate the hemopoietic stem cells growth that will end up as white blood cells.
