The given expression is

x^(9/7)

We can write it in radical form, and the denominator of the exponent became the power of the radical. That is

$x^(9/7) = \sqrt[7]{x^9}$

And

$\sqrt[7]{x^9} = \sqrt[7]{x^7*x^2}$

We can also write it as

$\sqrt[7]{x^7}*\sqrt[7]{x^2} = x \sqrt[7]{x^2}$
