I can help with B, but parts A and C are for you to come up with on your own. Anyways, to rewrite the equation with multiplication, the problem is asking you to change the division into a fraction. Anytime you divide a fraction, you need to flip the numerator (the top number) and the denominator (the bottom one), and change the divide sign into a multiplication one. So the equation would look like
32(1)/(4) * 8 = 258.
