My work: When you do exponents it is best to multiple the numbers you have for instance your numbers were 10 * 10 so multiple both of those and you get 100. When you done with that step take your original number which in your case is 10 and take the last 2 numbers from the multiplied number or the 0 to be exact and what ever how many 0’s you have put that as your exponent.
