HEYA!!!!
The number is terminating only if the denominator has numbers such as
Where X and Y are two natural numbers where either X and Y could be 0.
So 9 factors are 3^2.
0.88888888.....

8 / 9 = 0.8888888888888888888888888889...
So it is a repeating decimal
