f(x) = x + 3

when x = 0, f(x) = 3

when x = 1, f(x) = 1 + 3 = 4

when x = 2, f(x) = 2 + 3 = 5

when x = 3, f(x) = 3 + 3 = 6

answer is D

f(x) = x + 3

Answer:

D.
f(x)=x+3

Explanation:

We have been given a table of values. We are asked to write a function rule for our given table.

We can see from our given table that
f(0)=3. This means that the y-intercept of our given function is 3.

We can see that with each increase in x, the value of
f(x) increases by 1.

f(1)=4

f(2)=5

5-4=1

This means slope of our given function is 1.

Upon substituting
m=1 and
b=3 in slope intercept form of equation, we will get:

y=mx+b

f(x)=x+3

Therefore, our required function is
f(x)=x+3 and option D is the correct choice.
