The difference between successive xs is 2, between successive ys is 1, so this is a line. Let's pick two points, say (0,3) and (6,6), and write the two-point form:

(6-0)(y-3) = (6-3)(x-0)

6y - 18 = 3x

2y - 6 = x

2y = x + 6

y = (1/2)x + 3
