first we divide this inequality by 4

- x - 3 + 3 > 2 + 3 [By adding 3 on both the sides of the inequality]

-x > 5

Now we reverse the inequality to change the sign of x

-(-x) < -(5)

x < (-5)

Therefore, solution of the inequality will be x < (-5)
