The outside temperature is -13°F. The temperature drops by 9°F, but then decreases by 16°F.Write an addition expression to describe the change in temperatures. Then determine the final outside temperature.

Okay so the starting temperature is -13 right?

So we have -13 and it drops by 9

So....-13-9 equals -22

So far we have -13-9+16=6
