Identify the "a, b, c" values, find the axis of symmetry (AOS), and plug in the x-coordinate to find the y-coordinate.

a, b, c: y = ax² + bx + c → a = 2, b = -4, c = 1

AOS: x =
(-b)/(2a) =
(-(-4))/(2(2)) =
(4)/(4) = 1

y-coordinate: y = 2x² - 4x + 1 = 2(1)² - 4(1) + 1 = 2 - 4 + 1 = -1

Answer: (1, -1)
