We are given

A theater has 1,678 seats

It means that

In 1 show , 1678 people comes

A magician performed 3 sold out shows at the theater

so, we have to find total number people for 3 shows

total number of people = (number of people in one show )* (total number of shows)

now, we can plug values

we get

total number of people = 3*1678

total number of people is 5034..............Answer
