I think that these are all inportant ! , is there an all of the above? if not proably A. eating a balanced diet. Your protein and iron bases are covered when you eat eggs. They're rich in a B vitamin called biotin that helps hair grow. Not having enough of this vitamin can lead to hair loss.

It’s most likely A. Brushing your hair regularly could lead to split ends. Washing your hair more then at least 2-3 times a week could lead to dry hair.
