Hello.

The answewr is: 3

Step 1: Subtract 2x from both sides.

4x−4−2x=2x+2−2x

2x−4=2

Step 2: Add 4 to both sides.

2x−4+4=2+4

2x=6

Step 3: Divide both sides by 2.

2x2=6/2

Have a nice day
