Answer: A. it viewed European interference in the America's as a threat to the US national interests is correct. D is not correct. One was that it helped colonies in North and South America to adopt a more democratic government.

Explanation: I just took the test on Plato and A is correct. But D " that it helped colonies in North and South America to adopt a more democratic government." is NOT correct. Hope you can find the second correct answer but trust me D is not it.
