Homozygote refers to a species with similar pairs of alleles for a particular trait. If both of the two gametes, which combine at the time of fertilization carry the similar kind of the gene for a particular trait, the organism is said to be homozygous for that trait.

In the given case, the frequency of the allele C^W is 0.32.

C^WC^W = q^2 = (0.32)^2 = 0.1024

So, the frequency of white flowers are 0.1024.
