Without an angle, we cannot solve for the third side, unless this is a right triangle

This is the formula for a right triangle
c=hypotenuse
a and b are the other two sides

{a}^(2) + {b}^(2) = {c}^(2)
If 7 and 3 are the length in inches of the angles beside the 90° angle, then

{3}^(2) + {7}^(2) = {c}^(2) \\ 9 + 49 = {c}^(2) \\ c = √(58)

The third side would be 21 because you multiply 7*3=21
