Hey there!

#1 ↓

Step^1: Simply both of your sides on the equation!

3-6a = 9-6a \\ \\ 3+(-6a) = 9+ (-6a) \\ \\ -6a +3 = -6a + 9

Step^2 : Add the number
6a on each of your sides

-6a + 3 + 6a \\ \\ =-6a + 9 + 6a \\ \\ -6a + 9 = 3 \\ \\ 3 = 9

Step^3[/text] : Subtract by the number 3 on each of your sides </h2><p>[tex] 3-3 = 9 =3 \\ \\ 3-3 = 0 \\ \\ 9-3 = 6 \\ \\ 0 = 6

#2 ↓

Step^1 Add
10x on each of your sides

5x-7 + 10x = -10x + 8 + 10x \\ \\ 10x = 8 + 10x \\ \\ 15x - 7 = 8

Step^2 add
7 to each of your sides

15x - 7 + 7 \\ \\ = 8 +7 \\ \\ 15x = 15

Step^3 divide by
15 on each of your sides

(15x)/(15) = (15)/(15)

Step^4: Answer: x = 1
