What is 11 4/5 plus 3 3/5

First, you add the whole numbers. 11+3= 14.

Then, for the fractions since you have the same denominator you can just add the numerators. 4+3=7.

You now have 14 7/5 Since the numerator is higher than the denominator, add one to the 14. And subtract 5 from 7

7.14+1=15
7-5=2
Your answer is 15 2/5
