Find the total number of students that own more than 2 pets:

5 students own 3

4 students own 4

2 own 5

1 owns 6:

5+4+2+1 = 12 total students own more than 2 pets.

Divide that by total number of students:

12 / 30 = 0.4

0.64 x 100 = 40%

The answer is 40%.
