-8x^3 + 6x^2 is your answer

I take it this means
-2*x^(2) {(4x - 3)}

If this is correct then the answer is
(-2*x^(2) * 4x) -
(3 * -2*x^(2) )

Notice what happens to the - sign before the 3. It becomes a plus because of the minus in front of the 2. Two minuses make a plus.

-8x^3 + 6x^2 <<<<< Answer
