What is one way that you eukaryotic cells differ from prokaryotic cells?

The biggest difference between prokaryotic and eukaryotic is that eukaryotic cells have a nucleus and prokaryotic cells do not.

I would do this in your own words but here is the answer.... Both organisms are composed of cells, the basic unit of life, with each cell surrounded by a cell membrane. The biggest difference between prokaryotes and eukaryotes is that eukaryotes have a nucleus. They also have other membrane structures called organelles.
