All integer are rational number. true or false? please explain

Of course this is true! Rational numbers are numbers that can be witten as fractions. Intergers are whole numbers and their opposites (negative). So 2 and -3 are intergers, but 3.3 is not because it has a decimal/fraction. All intergers can be written as fractions, so all intergers are ratioanal
