Flow of blood and the movement of eye muscles are not under our control. Do you agree?

Agree, our brain controls our eye movement, as we blink on “autopilot” most times without realizing how often you blink or how many times a minute you may blink, which is why we start thinking about our blinking or breathing when we hear or see something about “manual breathing” or blinking. There is nothing we can do by ourselves to control the flow of blood significantly, as our heart’s pump our blood throughout our entire body, we may be able to cut off circulation to a specific part of the body but we are unable to control the flow of blood as our heart takes full control to do its task.
