I believe that one of the aims of the Constitution is to explain why adaptation and change is rooted within itself. One of its aims where it was stated that “forming a more perfect union” provides us the premise that democracy is an experiment and the formulation of the goals of the Constitution reflects how it requires a change and adaptation to get it right.
