Let x represent the length

width (w):
(1)/(3)x

length (L): x

Perimeter (P) = 2L + 2w

320 = 2(x) + 2(
(2)/(3)x)

320 =
(6)/(3)x + (
(2)/(3)x)

320 =
(8)/(3)x

(
(3)/(8))320 = x

(960)/(8) = x

120 = x

width =
(1)/(3)x

= (
(1)/(3))120

= 40

Answer: 40m x 120m
