Sammy might be suffering from Cerebral Palsy (CP), as only the motor functions of Sammy are suffering, but the intelligence is unaffected. CP can be defined as a neurological disorder which affecting the communication between the muscles and the brain which leads to the poor motor function. And because of this, the patient is unable to stand, coordinate, balance, or control his body movements. However,, Cerebral Palsy have no derogatory effect on the intelligence or the thinking of the patient.
