1 mole of
CO_2 contains one mole of
C atom and two moles of
O atoms.

1 mole of
CO_2 contains 2 moles of
O.

So, 0.66 mole of
CO_2 contains:

0.66* 2 = 1.32 moles

Hence, 0.66 mole of
CO_2 contains 1.32 moles of
O_2.

Answer : There are 1.3 moles of oxygen in 0.66 moles of
CO_(2)

Explanation : 1 mole
CO_(2) contains 1 mole C and 2 mole
O_(2). Therefore moles of
O_(2) is twice the number of moles of
CO_(2).

0.66 mole
CO_(2) =
(0.66 molCO_(2))* ((2 mole O_(2)))/((1 mole CO_(2)))

(0.66 )* ((2 mole O_(2)))/((1 )) = 1.3 mole
O_(2)

Therefore 0.66 mole
CO_(2) will have 1.3 mole
O_(2).
