Something I normally do is 4/4/4/4 breathing. You breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, breathe out for 4 seconds, and then hold for 4 seconds again.

There’s a number of ways you can do it. If they are having an anxiety attack. Have them observe their surrounding. Ask them to tell you what they see. Ask them what they can hear and what they feel or can touch. Have them breathe in through their nose and out through their mouth. Talk to them to keep them calm
