Here is the equation:

6-(18-3^(2))/(4+(2-3))

Use PEMDAS

Parentheses \\ Exponents \\ Multiplication \\ Division \\ Addition \\ Subtraction

Parentheses is first:

2-3 = -1

Next is exponents:

3^(2) = 3 * 3 = 9

Your new equation is:

6-(18-9)/(4+(-1))

Simplify the fraction:

(18-9)/(4+(-1)) = (9)/(3) = 3

Your new equation is:

6-3

Subtract:

6-3=3

Your answer is:

6-(18-3^(2))/(4+(2-3)) = \bf 3
