Answer: Students wait their whole lives to earn the rights to drive. When they are kids; they fantisize about turning sixteen and driving off in hot new car. Knowing this, why should we make them wait 2 more years to reach this dream? Michigan should not require that students earn a 3.0 GPA to receive a license, it is simply not fair to hold back this privilage for arbitary reasons
